Pop Star Privacy Policy
Updated and effective: October 22, 2026
This policy applies to the Pop Star Android game developed by Nortromn (com.nortromn.popstar). The Lovkai website hosts game information, support links and this policy. Features and analytics fields may differ across released versions.
1. Information processed
The game does not require an account. Its current implementation processes the following information to provide gameplay, advertising and diagnostics:
- Local game data: levels, scores, board state, best score, diamonds, tool use, check-in history and sound preferences.
- Gameplay analytics: level starts and outcomes, scores and targets, tool use and diamonds spent, active play time, replay and rewarded-video choices, app and difficulty versions. Newer versions use randomly generated installation and attempt identifiers, not identifiers derived from a name or email address.
- Advertising and technical data: Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics may process advertising or other device identifiers, app and operating-system information, IP addresses, approximate location inferred from network information, ad interactions, usage events, crashes and diagnostic logs. The scope depends on the service, version, device settings and region.
- Support information: your email address, message and attachments when you contact us. Provide only what is needed to resolve the issue.
2. Purposes
Local records restore progress, settle rewards and save preferences. Gameplay analytics help us understand failure rates and tool use and improve difficulty and usability. Advertising data supports ad delivery, measurement and invalid-traffic prevention. Diagnostics help identify and fix errors. Contact information is used to respond to support and privacy requests.
3. Storage and retention
Core game records are stored in private app storage on the device. The game currently has no account-based cross-device save synchronization. Android system backups may include app data depending on device settings. Clearing data, uninstalling or changing devices may cause progress to be lost.
Newer versions keep a limited local gameplay journal and send relevant events to Firebase. The journal rotates at approximately 1 MB and retains the current and previous file only. Third-party analytics, advertising and diagnostics may be stored outside your device; retention depends on the provider and configuration. Support emails are retained as needed to handle requests and meet necessary obligations.
4. Third-party services
The app and website use the following providers, which may process information in other countries or regions. We do not sell your game saves. Advertising services may use advertising identifiers and activity information for personalized ads under applicable rules.
- Google AdMob: ad delivery, rewarded videos and advertising measurement; may process device and advertising identifiers, network information, ad interactions and diagnostics.
- Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics: gameplay analytics and crash diagnostics; may process random identifiers, usage events, device and app information and error logs.
- Cloudflare: hosting for the Lovkai website and this policy; processes network requests needed to deliver and protect the pages. These static pages contain no site analytics scripts, ads or contact forms.
5. Controls and privacy requests
You can clear Pop Star app data in Android settings to remove local progress and preferences. This does not automatically delete information already received by third parties. Where supported, device advertising privacy settings let you reset or delete an advertising identifier and manage personalization. Music and sound-effect switches affect sound only; they do not disable analytics or ads.
Email us to request access, correction or deletion of relevant information we hold. Explain the scope, app version and relevant dates. Because there is no registered game account, some random analytics records may not be identifiable from an email alone. We will explain what can be verified and handle requests under applicable law. Do not send passwords or full authentication credentials.
6. Permissions and children’s privacy
The current app declares Internet, network-state and advertising-ID permissions. Core puzzle gameplay does not require contacts, camera, microphone or precise location permissions. Advertising-ID availability depends on the Android version and device settings.
Follow the age and content rating in the Google Play listing. If a parent or guardian believes a child provided personal information that should not have been collected, contact us below so we can review it and take appropriate action.
7. Updates and contact
We update this page and its effective date when features, services or processing practices change, and provide notices or obtain consent where required by applicable law. Contact the email below for game support and privacy requests.
